sport-specific off-season program designsThere is no substitute for the unity created during team training. In team events, athletes must work as one entity in order to achieve that which none of them could on their own. This being said, in the off-season, when building strength, speed, endurance, and overall athleticism is the main goal of an athlete’s program, individual athletes have individual strengths, weaknesses, potential, and thresholds (whether they be physiological or psychological). Therefore to achieve maximum effectiveness, individual athletes require individual programs to achieve their full potential.
This is where eagle performance comes in. We streamline programs designed around that individual athlete’s particular weaknesses/strengths and areas of greatest potential in relation to the sport they are training for. This helps achieve top efficiency of each and every workout in order to produce the greatest end results. End results which that athlete can then take to the field, court, or track and his or her coach can then utilize to enhance the team’s capability as a whole.

All programs are designed for individuals and small groups by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and are not intended to be interchangeable between athletes.
